These terms govern your use of Writto. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Writto is an AI content studio that generates, researches and helps you publish written content. We may update, improve or change features over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the service in compliance with applicable law.

3. Credits, plans & billing

Usage is metered in Writto Credits and bounded by your plan. Paid plans (Pro, Studio) bill monthly via our payment processor and renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Credits reset each billing month and do not roll over.

4. Your content

You own the content you create with Writto and are responsible for how you use and publish it. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output for accuracy before relying on or publishing it. AI can make mistakes, including with facts and statistics.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Writto to produce unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to abuse the service, or to attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Writto is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
