What Is Writto?
Writto is an AI Content OS that researches, drafts, optimizes, and publishes on-brand content from a single workspace. It runs live SERP research before writing, scores your draft against the same entities and competitors it benchmarks on, can be trained to match your brand voice, and publishes straight to your CMS.

Create your account with your email and password, or continue with Google.

Confirm Your Email
Verify your email if prompted. You'll then land in your Writto Studio.

You'll start on the Free plan with a monthly credit allowance, no credit card required.
Understand Your Workspace
Writto has two workspace modes. Users with no organization membership always stay in personal mode.

Rewrite against a reference draft → run deduplication checks.
To write an article: open the Create studio, enter your topic or brief, set your voice, word count, and keywords, answer any clarifying question, then watch generation stream through its phases. You can also edit a past prompt - select Edit prompt on a text message and choose Save & Regenerate. Editing a prompt never deletes existing documents, scheduled planner items, or published content.
Documents & Editor
Library (/documents) - Grid or list of drafts with title, updated time, and project. Open, download DOCX, or delete.
Editor (/documents/[id]) - Markdown editing, block rewrite, live SEO panel (score, keyword density, entities), copy / download, Send to CMS, and assign to a project.
Block Rewrite & SEO Panel
Block rewrite - Select a paragraph and ask Writto to revise it (tone, length, clarity, SEO) without regenerating the whole article. Available on paid and organization studio plans.
SEO panel - Live analysis of your draft: primary and secondary keywords, a density gauge (low / ideal / high), entity coverage, and an overall score.
Projects
Personal - Create projects at /projects, open them to see their documents, and assign drafts from the editor. Optionally link a CMS site to a project for publish defaults.
Organization - Admins and managers create projects in /org/projects and assign members. Editors see assigned projects in their studio sidebar.
Planner / Calendar
Schedule content on a month calendar at /planner. From strategy mode (or manually), add topics with dates, and Writto's PlannerRunner picks up due items and generates them automatically. On success entries move to Delivered; on credit exhaustion they pause (top up and retry later). Optionally configure auto-publish so finished drafts go to your CMS.
Voices
Built-in voices - Content-type roles (blog, product, etc.).
Custom trained voices - Create from your own writing samples and instructions. Writto builds a style guide and fingerprint to match your voice.
Shared library - Voices promoted by admins.
To create a custom voice: open /voices → Create Voice Profile, add a name, optional content type and instructions, and sample files (txt/md/docx/pdf). With roughly 200+ characters of samples Writto trains a style guide and fingerprint. Save, and your voice appears under Your Voices.
History & Notifications
History (/history) - A paginated list of past Create sessions; reopen any session to resume at its chat thread.
Notifications - A bell inbox for completed or failed planner generations. Mark read, mark all read, and deep-link to the related draft.

Personal team seats- Invite people from Settings → Organization & Teams; each invite counts against your plan's seat limit.
Organization teams - Invite members from the organization console (/org/members) with roles and optional credit allocations.

Common invite failures: Email mismatch, already in another organization, member limit reached, or an expired / revoked invite.
Permissions
Organization permissions follow role keys (for example, invite members, view credits, manage projects). Viewers are read-mostly in the studio.

Connect WordPress sites and publish or schedule drafts directly from Writto.

Set publish defaults at the project level.
How to send a draft: Open a draft → Send to CMS → choose site, title, status (draft / publish), and optional schedule time. Writto creates or updates the remote post.
Auto-publish: Planner entries with auto-publish configured create a CMS draft around the scheduled date without opening the editor (requires the auto-publish plan flag and the background worker running).
Billing (Razorpay)
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Upgrade, buy credit packs, or cancel from Settings → Billing. Billing is in INR.
Export Options
Export clean Markdown, HTML, or DOCX and take your drafts anywhere. More publishing platforms are on the way.

How Credits Work
Credits cover every AI action: Writing, research, rewrites, and voice training. Exact limits come from your plan. Credit packs can be bought for personal and organization workspaces.
Paywalls appear when credits run out mid-feature or a feature isn't on your plan. They offer an upgrade or a contact-sales option.
